How to Activate Super Thanks!
This is how you enable or disable Super Thanks in the Monetization section of YouTube Studio.

To receive the new Super Thanks as a Creator in the YouTube Partner Program, you first need to enable them. Go to your Studio under “Monetization” and click on the new tab “Supers.” There, you have the option to activate or deactivate individual Supers.
