Not all users will see the new hype button, but everyone should be able to view their regional hype leaderboard. Here’s how you can access it—it’s quite hidden, similar to the training page at present.

Unless most of your audience understands what the hype button does and actively uses the hype leaderboard, I don’t think you’ll gain much from the hype feature. It’s more of a nice-to-have, but it doesn’t impact video searchability or discoverability, so it’s not crucial. Additionally, as of now, paid hype features aren’t allowed in the EU, so you can’t monetize it.
