Technically, YouTube reserves the right to remove you from the partner program if you’re completely inactive for 6 months and drop below the threshold. But if you just uploaded a new video, you’re already safe. You don’t even need to do the numbers. Stop panicking about the numbers and focus on why they dropped. You took a break for your mental health, which is exactly what you should do.
Forcing yourself to grind just to maintain a metric will destroy your passion completely, and keeping your sanity is way more important than stressing over the question.
