# Shorts Shelf for Desktop Channel Pages
This is how you add the Shorts shelf as a channel section to desktop channel pages and place it in YouTube Studio.

The Shorts shelf for mobile has been around for a while. Most recently, there are also Shorts shelves for desktop. To add one to your channel page, go to the “Customize” tab in your YouTube Studio. There, click on “Add section,” select “Shorts,” and drag the section to the desired position.
